Black Friday 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. Black Friday Sale

1. The Injinji Performance Shop Black Friday Sale (the Sale) is run by The trustee for Reuss Family Trust (ABN 57 756 848 907) of 1/264 Leitchs Road, Brendale QLD 4500 (the Promoter).
2. The Sale runs from 12:00am AEST Monday 23 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 1 December 2026 (the Sale Period), online at injinjiperformanceshop.com.au only.
3. Sale prices apply to selected products only, as marked on injinjiperformanceshop.com.au. Discounts are calculated from the recommended retail price (RRP) and vary by product.
4. Flash sales run on the advertised day only, on the advertised products only. The flash sale on Monday 23 November 2026 starts at 3:00am AEST. All other flash sales start at 12:00am AEST. All flash sales end at 11:55pm AEST on the advertised day. Flash sale prices replace the standard Sale price while the flash sale runs and are not added to it.
5. All offers are available while stocks last. Rainchecks and price adjustments on past orders are not offered.
6. Some discount codes cannot be used with Sale prices.
7. Gift cards are not discounted in the Sale.
8. Standard shipping charges and free shipping thresholds apply.
9. Our standard returns policy applies to Sale purchases. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. The Promoter may cancel an order placed at a price that is clearly an error and will refund the amount paid in full.

2. VIP Early Access

1. Injinji Performance Shop VIP Early Access (VIP Access) is run by the Promoter.
2. VIP Access runs from 12:00am AEST Sunday 15 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 November 2026 (the VIP Period), online at injinjiperformanceshop.com.au only.
3. VIP Access is available only to customers registered as an Injinji Performance Shop VIP.
4. During the VIP Period, VIPs can buy Sale products at the Sale prices that apply to the public from Monday 23 November 2026.
5. To receive VIP pricing you must be logged in to your Injinji Performance Shop account, or check out, using the email address you registered as a VIP with. VIP prices are applied once you are logged in and at checkout.
6. VIP pricing ends at 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 November 2026 and cannot be applied to orders placed after that time.
7. VIP pricing cannot be combined with any other discount code.
8. All offers are available while stocks last.
9. Clauses 8, 9 and 10 of the Black Friday Sale terms also apply to VIP Access.

3. VIP Major Prize Draw

1. The Injinji Performance Shop VIP Major Prize Draw (the Promotion) is run by the Promoter.
2. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. The Promotion runs from 12:00am AEST Sunday 8 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 November 2026 (the Promotion Period).
4. Entries:
   1. Customers registered as an Injinji Performance Shop VIP before the Promotion Period receive two entries when they complete a purchase at injinjiperformanceshop.com.au during the VIP Period.
   2. Customers who register as an Injinji Performance Shop VIP during the Promotion Period receive one entry.
   3. Customers who complete a purchase at injinjiperformanceshop.com.au during the VIP Period (12:00am AEST Sunday 15 November to 11:59pm AEST Sunday 22 November 2026) receive one additional entry.
5. Maximum two entries per person, however many purchases they make.
6. The prizes are: first prize, one Insta360 X6 Standard Bundle, valued at $1,049.99 including GST; and two runner-up prizes, one Garmin Forerunner 965, valued at $999 including GST, and one Garmin Forerunner 265, valued at $799 including GST. Total prize pool: $2,847.99.
7. The draw takes place at 9:00am AEST on Monday 23 November 2026 at 1/264 Leitchs Road, Brendale QLD 4500. Three winners are selected at random by computer from all valid entries. The first winner drawn receives the first prize, and the next two receive the runner-up prizes in the order listed.
8. Winners are notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.
9. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of being notified, a new winner is drawn the same way and notified.
10. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
11. Entrant details are collected and used in line with the Injinji Performance Shop privacy policy at injinjiperformanceshop.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

4. Win Your Order Back

1. Injinji Performance Shop Win Your Order Back (the Promotion) is run by the Promoter.
2. The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
3. The Promotion runs from 12:00am AEST Monday 23 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 1 December 2026 (the Promotion Period). It is made up of nine daily entry periods, each running from 12:00am to 11:59pm AEST.
4. Every order placed and paid for at injinjiperformanceshop.com.au during an entry period is one entry into that day's draw.
5. Each day's draw takes place at 9:00am AEST the following day at 1/264 Leitchs Road, Brendale QLD 4500. One winner is selected at random by computer from that day's valid entries. The last draw takes place on Wednesday 2 December 2026.
6. The winner of each draw receives an Injinji Performance Shop gift card equal to the total amount paid for the products in the winning order, excluding shipping, up to a maximum of $500.
7. Total prize pool: up to $4,500.
8. An order that is cancelled or fully refunded before its draw is not a valid entry.
9. Winners are notified by email within 2 business days of their draw. The gift card is emailed within 3 business days and does not expire.
10. Winners agree to their first name and state being published in Injinji Performance Shop emails and social media as a Promotion winner.
11. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of being notified, a new winner is drawn the same way from that day's remaining entries and notified.
12. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
13. Entrant details are collected and used in line with the Injinji Performance Shop privacy policy at injinjiperformanceshop.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

5. Gift Card Back

1. Gift Card Back (the Offer) is run by the Promoter.
2. The Offer runs from 12:00am AEST Monday 23 November 2026 to 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 1 December 2026, online at injinjiperformanceshop.com.au only.
3. Spend $100 or more in one order and receive a $20 gift card. Spend $200 or more in one order and receive a $50 gift card. Only the highest tier reached applies.
4. Spend is the cart subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping. Gift card purchases do not count towards the spend.
5. The bonus gift card is added to your order automatically and emailed to you.
6. Bonus gift cards can be used at injinjiperformanceshop.com.au from 1 December 2026, do not expire, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
