Refund policy

If you purchased the item from a retailer, please contact them initially for Returns & Exchange advice. For any clarification, please email us and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Injinji Performance Shop is proud to offer a hassle-free Returns Policy on all our full-priced products. Unfortunately, no items found in the CLEARANCE section can be accepted for return/exchange in any case. 

Change of Mind Returns:

If you wish to return your item for ANY reason, you may do so within 30 days, if the product is returned in as-new, re-saleable condition with all original packaging, tags and labels intact and attached. 

The customer is responsible for all postage costs associated with sending the items back to IPP.

Upon receipt of the items to our returns address, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

We can process all returns for either a refund or store credit. 

NOTE: “Clearance” items cannot be returned/exchanged in any circumstances. Worn/used items cannot be returned/exchanged in any circumstances.

Store Credits:

·        Are valid for 12 months use from code issue and can be used on any of the items listed on Injinji Performance Shop.

·        Any additional shipping fees (i.e. Express Post) paid on the original order will not be credited.

Refunds:         

·        Are only able to be processed to the original payment method from which you originally paid

·        Any additional shipping fees (i.e. Express Post) paid on the original order will not be refunded.

·        All returns and exchanges will be subject to any processing fees charged by the original payment merchant (Credit Card/PayPal 1-3%, Afterpay/Zip Pay: 6%)

 

Postage for Returns on ALL items purchased during Promotional Periods (i.e. EOFYS, Black Friday, Xmas/New Year etc) are to be covered by the customer.

 

Size Exchanges:

If you've made necessary checks (size charts etc.) and your item(s) still don't fit, no stress. Fitting can be tough over the internet! Injinji Performance Shop are happy to exchange any Full-Price item if you feel it is the incorrect size.

We just ask for you to let us know - and we will get help get that sorted for you. We will ask that you send the incorrectly sized items back to us and we will send the new items back to you.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs associated with sending the items back to IPP. We will cover the cost of sending the new items back to you.

Free Size Exchanges:

We offer a free size exchange on any individual item over $150 (cumulative order value over $150 does not apply). Simply contact us with the size/model you would like to exchange to, and we will provide you with a prepaid return satchel so you can send the incorrect item back to us. Once the item arrives back in our office, we will get the correct size on the way for you.

Please ensure any returned items are unworn (except to try on inside only) and that all retail packaging is included and intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items which have been worn/used outside.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, any items in the ‘Clearance’ section do not qualify for the free exchange program.

 

Postage for Returns & Exchanges on ANY items purchased during Promotional Periods (i.e. EOFYS, Black Friday, Xmas/New Year etc) are to be covered by the customer. In these instances, customers will be required to cover the cost of returning the items to us and include a PREPAID, self-addressed satchel so we can send the new items back to you.

If a prepaid satchel is not included, we will provide an invoice for $15 which will be payable before any replacements are sent.

“Clearance” items cannot be returned/exchanged in any circumstances.  Under no circumstances will worn/used product be accepted for return/size-exchange.

 

 

Mistakenly Sent Items:

If you believe you have been sent an item in error, please respond to your order confirmation email, detailing the items which have been omitted/sent in error, as well as the items which you were meant to have received. We will ensure you are sorted in no time at all!

Faulty Product:

We aim to only stock brands and products of the absolute highest quality, but faults/defects can still occur due to a lot of our products being hand-made in a mass-production setting. If you believe there has been a failure of your product with normal use/conditions within the warranty period, please send pictures to us atsales@injinji.com.au and we will be able to assess the fault & where appropriate, provide a replacement item.

If the issue is determined to not be the result of a manufacturing defect, or it is found to be caused by wear & tear or abuse – we will advise.

If a manufacturing fault is found, we will repair/replace at our discretion and ship the replacement item to you at no cost. If no fault is found, or it is found to be caused by wear & tear or abuse – we will notify you and ship the original item back to you at a Shipping & Handling cost of $15.00.

We are unable to perform product warranties or replacements on items which were purchased more than 12 months ago, unless the packaging/paperwork included with the product states otherwise. If this is the case, please use the email contact form to let us know what has happened, and we will sort you out as soon as possible.

Returns Exclusions:

We are unable to process any returns or exchanges on the following items, unless there is a manufacturing fault/defect present.

·        Hydration Items (Bladders, Bottles, Flasks which have been filled with liquid)

·        Food Items (Even in original packaging)

·        Footwear which has been worn outside or on a marking surface

·        Any other used item which is not returned in the as-new, re-saleable condition it was sent in, or any new item returned without provided tags/packaging.

 

 

We are unable to process any returns or exchanges on the following items at all:

·        CLEARANCE items - all sales are final

 

If your item is incorrectly returned, and we classify it as one of the above items, the product will be returned to you at a Shipping & Handling cost of $15.00.

Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
